Maintain racial harmony and peace

Pekan- Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak reminded the people of the importance of maintaining racial unity and peace as this is instrumental for the national's success.
He said the country's development today might not have been achieved without peace and harmony si every Malaysian should work at ensuring that this situation prevailed.
Speaking at a breaking of fast and handing over of Raya contributions to widows and senior citizens in Pekan, Pahang, Datuk Seri Najib said if there was chaos, the country's development would be hampered.
On another matter, Datuk seri Najib said the state governments led by the opposition pact were seen to be questioned by the people who were beginning doubt their credibility in administering the states concerned.
The Premier said if the opposition were previosly seen to be easily disputing the Barisan Nasional governmnt that must now realises it was not easy to administer as they had easily made promises to the people each time the general electiion approached.
